Layaway Program
We are excited to launch our Layaway Program on our Website. We have offered the program in our retail store for over a year. Our Layaway Program is an interest-free payment plan that allows you to make monthly installments on your purchase.
- There is no minimum to be eligible for our layaway program. After the initial sign-up, the rest is automatically taken care of and you do not have to do anything.
- 20% of your total must be paid as a down payment at the time of your order.
- Your layaway must be paid in full within three (3) months. You pay 20% down, and then we automatically deduct from your credit card, three equal recurring payments one month apart for three months. We process your recurring payments through our secure credit card processing system. You may also choose to pay off the entire balance in full prior to your next recurring payment and receive your item(s) sooner. You will need to contact us if you wish to pay for your items sooner. - You can use the following methods to make payments: VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.
- Layaway can not be set up online. We will need to take orders by telephone to set up your Layaway program. As always, you can purchase your items online if paying in full.
- Sorry, no partial take out on layaways.
- There is a 20% restocking charge/cancellation fee. If you cancel your layaway we will refund the total amount paid less 20%.
- Any price increases our store makes will not cause your total to go up after you have placed your layaway order. Any sales items, clearance items, etc. may be included in your layaway.
- Only one layaway order per person at any given time. When one layaway order is completed you may start another one.
- The start date of your Layaway Program is the date the 20% is paid.
- If a payment is skipped or missed due to funds not being available from your credit card, your Layaway plan will be cancelled and 15% of your funds will be forfeited to Candle Wick and the remaining 85% will be refunded to you.

* Items that are personalized or printed will not be personalized or printed until the Layaway is paid in full. Ship date for these items will be 5-7 working days after Layaway is paid in full. These items typically would be invitations, wedding accessories and personalized gifts.
